Getting in touch
Email is the fastest route, and it is the address to use for anything about your personal data — access, correction, deletion — as described in our privacy statement.
We answer questions within a few working days, and formal complaints within 14 days.
Your rights, in one place
You can see and delete what the coach remembers about you from inside the app, under "What the coach remembers". You can end your subscription there too. For anything the app cannot do for you, write to us.
Not satisfied with how we handled your data? You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
